Abstract In this paper we discuss the design, manufacturing and characterization of feed horn array Strip instrument Large Scale Polarization Explorer (LSPE) experiment. is a microwave telescope, operating in Q- W-band, for observation polarized emissions from sky large fraction (about 37%) Northern hemisphere with sub-degree angular resolution. The focal plane populated by forty-nine Q-band six W-band corrugated horns, each feeding cryogenically cooled polarimeter detection Stokes Q U components signal sky. channel designed to accurately monitor Galactic synchrotron emission, while combination will allow study atmospheric effects at site, Observatorio del Teide, Tenerife. focus on development including design requirements, engineering manufacturing, as well detailed performance verification.
